Swansea University are looking for help

I have been approached from Swansea University to see if anyone is willing to take part in a study of medicines that are used in addition to insulin - such as asthma pumps, or treatment for any other condition. Give Sinead a ring if you want to know any more information whilst you consider it, if they are successful in their funding bid there would be a payment for you time for this research.  Please see details and contact details below,
I work in Swansea University Medical School and we are putting in a bid for a grant to Diabetes UK to try to do a surveillance system of medications used with children with diabetes (many off label) in order to improve safety and better understand benefits.

Would there be anyone at Candy Free Kids who would be willing to talk on the phone about aspects of medication that you feel would be important to families and would any member be willing to be an applicant with us on this bid?

We would like to build some funding in to support time to advise on the direction of the work (if we get funding).

I would be very grateful if you would let me know if you would be interested in talking about this?

With thanks and good wishes
